The Gentlemen's Crew is the official men's event team of BBW Parties. We are looking for confident, dependable, respectful, and outgoing men who can help us create a fun, welcoming, and well-organized experience for our guests. Members may assist with event promotion, guest greetings, VIP hosting, activities, setup, content creation, and other event assignments.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, paid work, or placement at every event.

The Standards
Conduct & Respect
- • Professional and respectful conduct at all times.
- • Respect toward women, guests, vendors, venue staff, and other team members.
- • No harassment, inappropriate touching, aggressive flirting, fighting, or disruptive behavior.
- • No drama or public arguments — on-site or online.
Reliability
- • Punctuality and attendance at your assigned call time.
- • Follow your assigned role and management instructions.
- • Report problems to management or venue security immediately.
Representation
- • Appropriate social media conduct at all times.
- • Confidentiality — no sharing private team information.
- • No unauthorized solicitation of guests, vendors, or venues.
- • Dress code compliance for every assignment.
- • No alcohol consumption while actively working an assignment unless management gives permission.
- • Protect the reputation of BBW Parties.
Gentlemen's Crew members are not security personnel unless they have been specifically hired and approved for a security position. Any safety concerns must be immediately reported to BBW Parties management or venue security.
Perks & compensation
Joining the Gentlemen's Crew does not automatically guarantee cash compensation. Compensation is approved per event and per assignment by BBW Parties management.
